Our history

Saya Coliving is a large and cozy beachside home created for travelers who want to feel comfortable, relaxed and part of a community while staying in El Paredon.

We are proud to be among the few Guatemalan-owned hospitality projects in El Paredón, built and run by locals who care deeply about this place and its future. Staying with us means supporting a locally owned space that grows with the community.

Our house is designed to meet all the needs of both long and short stays. You'll find comfortable private and shared rooms, spacious common areas to relax in, well-appointed shared spaces and a relaxed atmosphere where guests naturally connect.
